| 학위 수여 요건

교육 과정
- 석사과정: 30학점 이상, 종합평점 3.0 이상
  - 교과 9학점 이상, 연구학점은 21학점 이내만 인정
  - 대학원 채플 2학기 수강
  - 학석사연계과정을 이수하고 석사과정에 진학한 학생은 최소 6학점에서 최대 12학점까지 대학원에서 취득한 학점으로 인정할 수 있음
- 박사과정: 36학점
- 석박사 통합과정: 60학점
졸업요건
- 과정별로 정해진 논문 투고와 발표 기준 충족
- 석사: 일반논문 1편 + SCIE급(우수국제학술대회 포함) 논문 1편 투고 또는 발표
- 박사(석박통합포함): SCIE급(우수국제학술대회 포함) 논문 2편 발표
- BK21 참여학생: 연구윤리, AI 기초과목 또는 AI 논문/산학연구 필수 수강
- 외국어 시험: TOEFL, TOEIC, TEPS에 정한 점수 이상 취득
학위청구논문 제출 및 심사
- 논문 제출: 매년 4월말일 또는 10월말일까지 학위청구논문 제출
- 논문 심사: 석사학위의 경우 3명, 박사학위의 경우 5명의 심사위원을 구성

모든 입학생에게 2년간 수업료의 평균 65%를 면학장학금으로 지급(단, 직전학기 평균평점 3.0 이상 취득한 학생에게 지급)
취업 연계 장학 트랙: 석사과정 및 학석사연계 과정에 진학하는 학생은 기업체와 우리 대학원이 공동으로 운영하는 산학 장학 트랙을 통하여, 취업을 연계한 특성화 교육 프로그램과 연구주제로 학위 과정을 수행할 수 있음. 산학 장학 트랙 학생은 졸업 후 참여 기업으로의 취업, 교육 과정 중 장학금 등의 지원과 참여 기업과의 산학 프로젝트를 수행할 수 있는 기회가 주어짐.

The Department of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering in General Graduate School is dedicated to research and education that cultivate professionals with expertise, creativity, and leadership in the fields of computer science and electrical engineering . Our graduate program aims to develop an integrated perspective on rapidly changing technological environments and foster the ability to creatively solve real-world problems through field-oriented education and research activities. Since the Fall semester of 2020, we have been selected as the BK21 Education and Research Group for AI Talent Development for Industrial Innovation. Through this initiative, we contribute to national and regional industrial innovation by nurturing advanced AI Talent, developing core AI technologies (Paper), and pioneering AI convergence applications (Code). https://bk21ai.handong.edu/ (Korean)

| Degree Requirements

Curriculum
- Master’s Program: Minimum 30 credits with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  - At least 9 course credits, with research credits capped at 21
  - Complete 2 semesters of graduate chapel
  - Students progressing from the Integrated Bachelor's and Master’s Program to the Master’s Program may transfer 6 to 12 credits earned from the graduate program
- Doctoral Program: 36 credits
- Integrated Master’s and Doctoral Program: 60 credits
Graduation Requirements
- Meet the required thesis submission and presentation criteria for each program.
- Master’s: Submission of one general thesis and one SCIE-level (including top-tier international conferences) paper for publication or presentation.
- Doctoral (including Integrated Master’s and Doctoral Program): Two SCIE-level (including top-tier international conferences) papers must be published.
- BK21 Participants: Required to complete courses on Research Ethics, AI Fundamentals, or AI Thesis/Industry-Academia Research.
- Foreign Language Requirement: Achieve the minimum required scores in TOEFL, TOEIC, or TEPS.
Thesis Submission and Evaluation
- Submission: Degree thesis must be submitted by April 30 or October 31 each year
- Evaluation: Master’s thesis requires a panel of three reviewers, while a Doctoral thesis requires five reviewers.

| Scholarship Benefits

All admitted students receive a scholarship covering an average of 65% of tuition fees for two years (provided they maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 in the previous semester).
Industry-Linked Scholarship Track: Students enrolled in the Master’s Program or the Integrated Bachelor’s and Master’s Program can participate in an industry-academia scholarship track jointly operated by companies and our graduate school. Through this track, students can pursue their degree while engaging in a specialized education program and research projects aligned with employment opportunities. Participants in this track benefit from employment opportunities at participating companies after graduation, scholarships and financial assistance during the program, and opportunities to engage in industry-academic research projects with partner companies.
